I. AGENDA - moved to next meeting, lacking a quorom. June minutes approved informally as revised.
PACE (Parking and Code Enformcement) - DeAndre White spoke on various legalities involving the city of East Lansing, including parking, rental properties, and yard maintenance. He also answered questions from a prepared list and extemporaneously. He offered the PACE number to call directly and to report problems: 517.319.6894 or police dispatch: 351.4220.
